A man was found dead floating in the water near a dock at the Port of Los Angeles on Sunday evening, Jan. 16, officials said. The man was found in the water at around 5:30 p.m. near the 600 block of North Henry Ford Avenue in Wilmington, said Phillip Sanfield, a Port of Los Angeles police spokesman.
